Been expanding the photography side of business, especially into portraits. I guess the best way to categorize them is creative business headshots. Not stuffy and stiff, but something that captures the personality of the subject during the session.
My job has allowed me to go to some incredible places and meet some wild people. Here I am shooting on the unfinished 65th floor of a tower on 42nd Street in Manhattan, with Bob Sapp in Tokyo, in Jingdezhen China and in Key West.
Work has taken me all over the country, even the world, and some of the most fun shoots are at the huge sporting and music events I’d never have access to otherwise like College Football Playoff and NHL All Stars, Essence Festival and Voodoo Festival. I try to grab a selfie at each of them.
Shooting in 115 Vegas heat- luckily the poolside cabanas had mini-fridges to cool off the DSLR so I could continue shooting.
Shooting an EPK in one of the most spectacular natural settings on earth. Absolutely breathtaking.
178 sets of identical twins in NY's Central Park attempting to break the world record for most amount of people riding tandem bikes at once. Hilarious. And completely strange to be one of only a few people there who didn't have a double standing next to them. Twilight Zone!
Epic shoot high in the Colorado mountains tracking 40 ultra-marathon runners over 36 brutal hours and 100 miles. It's amazing what the human body is capable of.
Never seen so many sheep! (Or tasted such delicious mutton...)
